... for not much going on.

AKA random spam-ish link and my relating a story of how dorky I've become.
Firstly--the link. Don't go watch if you're offended by jokes concerning rednecks and/or religion and/or both. I think this is hilarious:
[link] The me-dorkiness is this: So my dad got some ice cream that's called Star Tracks. So I was laughing at the name and Dad said, "What, because it sounds so much like Star Trek?" Now, being a Trekkie, you'd think I'd agree. Oh no. No--reading Carl Sagan's books has definitely rubbed off on me, and here's proof: I said, "No... not so much that, as stars don't leave tracks." Dad: "Ah." Me: "Oh! Wait--but I guess they kind of do, don't they? I mean, what we see as stars aren't how the stars are now--it's their light that's travelled."
To which Dad nodded and said, "Ah" again.
Point being--well, I dunno. But I did think people, especially my fellow Trekkie WATCHers, might get a kick out of that one. (Hint hint: =
Aconitum-Napellus. I thought you'd appreciate this the most, Anna).
Anywho... not much here. I go to Georgia day after tomorrow to spend Thanksgiving with my aunt and uncle and four cousins.

I'm so excited! Last time I was there, one of my cousins and I started a story together--he wrote it--about an evil dragon and a winged platypus. He finished writing it over the summer, so when I visit now, I'll have some illustratin' ahead of me!

I can't wait to see how the story turned out--last I read, the dragon had kidnapped villagers and was torturing them, but the winged platypus--who was his sidekick--doesn't approve... *cue ominous drumroll*
Hope all's well with meh peeps.

I dunno why I even say that, really...
Shalom,
TK

I saw that you were going in for surgery and I was so worried about you D:
I've been so busy it's crazy! But I'm not sick anymore. I finished my half of our art trade, I'll put it up asap!

Dammit I NEED cheering up. I don't need to hear from my mom that she and her boyfriend were... yeah. Doing stuff. God....
Yeah, I'm doing alright.
Awwwww, don't be worried. I've had surgeries before... Though, to totally ease your worries--in surgery, when they removed my gallbladder, my liver turned blue. But, it's alright now, the tests came back okay. See? I'm DEFINITELY OKay! ^_^
